il primo messaggio che spedisco in questa lista.
Ho scaricato la KDE 2.1.1 insieme a XFree 4.0.3 e alle Qt 2.3.0.
L'installazione andata bene, anche se ho dovuto cercarmi altri rpm per
soddisfare tutte le dipendenze. Poi, ho fatto ripartire XFree e KDE e
funzionavano bene.

Piu' che altro ci vuole il DRI per la scheda video.
Attualmente non sono riuscito a farlo andare col kernel 2.2.17, mentra col
2.4.x va di sicuro.
Probabilmente e' colpa del fatto che l'xfree 4.0.3 che ho installato ha i

I am running a AMD thunderbird 800 with 128Mb Ram and a voodoo3 3000.
It only hangs with X.

But you should be able to login as usual. Giving it a userID and

other one. It's a brand spankin new monitor that was totally unable to use
