is more than sufficient to boot debian and mandrake, and that too
with a development kernel and a stable kernel.

thing, booting into runlevel 1 at lilo prompt and set things right.
This was with Mandrake 7.0

been using sendmail to do this with RedHat, but how do I make Postfix
