Just tested and it correctly redirects to canvas if the user has the
app installed.
I'm a bit confused though since when the app is not installed
and I go to PublicAppInfo I'm redirected to AppInfo.

Opensocial-client-library for java[1] is ready for Android. It has 2legged
and 3legged support, and if you know how to pack rpc commands think this is
the easiest way. A simple ant will solve your problem.

should be blocking but wasn't. Right now the priority is protecting
the users, so no automated reviews. Again everyone pays for a handful
of bad apples.
Another headache is that the app reviewer takes too long to review an
app
