This morning I woke up to a full disk and a helpdesk that wasn't working.
I'm not so experienced with sql, but I hope someone here can help me solve
the problems.
System is FreeBSD, mysql and phpmyadmin. Otrs 3.0.12.

We've just upgraded from 2.4.7 to 3.0.12. I suspect something is wrong
somewhere since OTRS doesn't seem to put replies to tickets created and
answered on 2.4.7 into the correct ticket on 3.0.12.
I see that in the subject field we used to have [#20120213 1074] as a
ticket number while on

After accidently browsing away from my current OTRS ticket (that took me
close to 30 minutes to write) and desperatly trying to hit the back button
only to discover that my text had gone, I was wondering if there's a module
