If you lost your frontend by modifying dtl files, just extract tar.gz
sources in an other location and copy all dtl files in your otrs install
dir (/opt/otrs, maybe).
I think your mysql error come from mistake in database name or password
for user root.

I have a new OTRS 2.4 install.
I have setup Agents Auth LDAP.
But I want, before they connect to the first time, manage right,
preferences
How is it possible ? I must use SyncLdap ? How ?

rs account fetchmail -c --ssl works fine you can run
fetchmail -a -ss -m /usr/bin/procmail >>/dev/null
If you get you mail in OTRS app you can put this line in crontab
crontab -e
*/5 * * * */usr/bin/fetchmail -a --ssl -m /usr/bin/procmail >> /dev/null
