That should not be needed because you already did that in the step above.
If you run otrs.RebuildConfig.pl and otrs.DeleteCache.pl, things should

this will exclude too much.
^[^FW]
means:
- beginning of line
- every character that is not F or W
what you'd want is probably:
^[^F][^W]
Another option would be to use negative lookaheads/lookbehinds of Perl's
regular expressions.
