repository. The primary goal, for me, is to have a repo that holds
*everything* that is needed for the project to be considered
"complete". Clearly, you don't need to add binaries that are generated
by the build, but if they are required to "do things", like NAn
oject should be structured such that it is isolated and can
be run as-is without any dependencies.
I tend to shy away from libraries that suggest they should be installed.

.NET and Java we can do restrictions
based on the security policy managers, but I don't really see many
people using that directly inside their own work to communicate with
themselves. Anyone have any thoughts on this matter?
