Everything I've read continues to say that the data is printed outside the frame, between the edge of the frame and the sprocket holes. I can't see how it would fit there, unless the vertical frame dimension is masked by a mm or two. Someone mentioned that it's between the sprocket holes, but

The cheap ($1.35) red bulb from Home Depot works fine. The only caveat is to use a deep socket for mounting it as the paint doesn't necessarily cover to the bottom of the glass. The clear area obviously needs covered. I used my trouble light to hold the bulb as they seal the base of the bulb
