larger size of the earlier Pentaxs. The LX was a return to the superb
handing size. The KX is a super Spotmatic, something the Spotmatic would
eventially aspire to.

Actually I disagree with the usefulness of leaf shutter lenses for a 35mm
SLR. It would be a function that pros and a few advanced amateurs might use.
Since most manufacturers have a body or bodies that sync at 1/250, and most
leaf shutters have a max shutter speed of 1/500 the advantage would be

The Vivitar Series 1 105/2.5 and Kiron 105/2.8 are the same lens. So is the Vivitar
100/2.8 macro (1:1). The 100/2.8 is not widely known and so may be cheaper than the
other two. If you need the PKA mount, look for it; these three models began as PKs and
were later replaced by PKAs.

say, it is no longer made. It was discontinued a year or two ago. So
what remains - Konica Impressa 50 is quite similar, but handles

I've been using the AF360FGZ on my 645 and no problems so far. The only
oddity I've seen is that the 360 shows P-TTL instead of TTL, but I do get
the flash ok indication and exposures seem to be fine.

5n. This is how I work, even when I was using pz-1p's.
