I've owned the Olympus C8080WZ and worked with the C5050 and C5060. I would recommend a Konica Minolta A2 over all three of the above. Much more logical, useful control layout, 28-200mm (equivalent) zoom, a lens which is just as good, the best EVF in any currently available camera, and a huge

Hi Herb, first thing I did was check all connections and replace the power supply (wanted to go to a 450 watt anyway). Second was to replace the SCSI cable and terminator. It kept alternating the error between 2 different drives. I finally replaced the RAID controller itself and no more problems.

Anyone using the Alcava (or any other brand, if available) rechargeabe alkaline batteries on the D/Ds? They are 1.5V instead of 1.2V, and they should probably fix such recurring problems I see reported here. I used them on my MZ-S, with great satisfaction. I've never tried them with the D,
