Were they in your yard? Last year, we had a family of 10 turkeys who
would wander through ours pretty regularly, but I haven't seen them
lately Fun to see them up close, though.

Trampolines are so much fun. It's a pity they are so dangerous.

So, here's a question... what kind of camera would you recommend for
your mother? Your mother who isn't tech-savvy in any way. Who wants
to take pics of the grandkids and the dog, on the beach, and at dance

Impressive! We were there a few years ago.. of course in the middle

Thanks, Bruce, Don, John, Stan & Attila...
It is gratifying to have the image used for good...!
John, I don't think I ever shared this shot as a peso, but maybe...
you have certainly seen her in other photos, though. :)

I guess "ugly" is in the eye of the beholder! Congrats on the deal,
and fine images -- 2 thumbs up on the "reflection" shot, especially.

Hi,
Several months ago, I heard from a youth hockey program in Minnesota,
asking to use one of my images in an ad campaign that they were
developing... It was a photo of my daughter from my (long-neglected)
blog, taken a few years ago... Anyway, they sent me the ad recently...
Nothing fancy, but I
Hi all,
A friend of mine has been looking for counsel on cameras... He is a
fellow hockey (and soccer and football) parent, whose p&s isn't
getting the job done, and is ready to move up to a dslr. He has been
looking at the Nikon & Pentax offerings primarily, and seems to be
settling on Pentax.

trick for us... though I think you are supposed to let it sit for
several minutes before rinsing. Bathing a cat has its own challenges,
I imagine... good luck if yo
