Sometimes you discuss something with three people in three different
timezones and probably even on two different days so a common
denominator is kind of helpful. And during summer time there's the big
advantage that there's probably nobody who actually DOES live in UTC

Yes. I don't see this with real hardware. Skipping within a track will
not work for remote services (obviously) and it may cause some trouble
with files that need to be transcoded (e.g. AAC on older SB hardware)

g's progess bar jumps back and force ONCE after you release the
handle, that's normal. But there should be no distortion in the sound,
it's just a visualization issue in iPeng. The progress bar in
SoftSqueeze should NOT be affected.

iPeng 1.2 requires at least iPhone firmware 3.0.
Sorry, but there are just too many fixes contained in that FW to go
back behind it, among them being the bad scrolling on the Players screen
and the WiFi

There's also an App called "Squeeze Mobile" but I'm not sure it will
work with ReadyNAS. It uses http://:9000/stream.mp3 so the
server needs to transcode. You could try that stream from a computer, if
it works, SqueezeMobile might work.
