Bryce, I use to have the same trouble sleeping. I bought a GREAT 👍 pillow at Bed Bath & Beyond. I don't remember the name of the pillow but it's very thick and heavy. It's heaven because of jell that is partially on one side. Jim Lubin has one and he said he uses all the time and it helps.

The hospital had started me on Colace, but that takes too long for me. Instead, I use chocolate Exlax and it helps tremendously. If I had the choice, I would rather have loose stools because I get pain in my legs if I have to hold my urine too long. Pain kicks in my legs if I get constipated too
