Yikes...this method gave me a terrible earache. It was too harsh for me. I pour full strength hydrogen peroxide and let it bubble for a few minutes and then I rinse with alcohol--for the drying effect. This is what I did for the kids' ears when then were swimming 16 hours a day as

can anyone give me suggestions of the best place to find info on what support to do for your system when having mercury fillings removed? I had my first set done and then got quite sick with this sinus infection and don't know if they are connected, but want to make sure it doen't happen again.

Yes, I actually use CS as a deodorant. Simply pour some in your hands and rub it under your arms - viola! It kills the bacteria which cause the unpleasant odors when you sweat. I've been using it exclusively for several weeks, even while doing yardwork in 90+ degree heat - no problems.
