I should have referred to the Bromelain strength in GDU (gelatin dissolving units) instead of grams , but in my experience they came to about the same thing eg: 600 GDU was about 500 milligrams. You don't really have to go in for "bulk," just one run-of-the-mill bottle should do it. Dan __
