We do have the classroom lines with a different prefix than the offices. It seems like I can get half of what I want working. The dial plan rule to forward to voicemail does work. When I first tested sipxecs out I was using 3.10 and I thought I was able to get this functionality working. I am

I'm just guessing you placed the classroom lines in an extension range that is unique (different) than other lines, like main office, nurse, etc.? I'm not sure you can do what you want with a dialplan. I haven't given it much thought, but if it were addressable via dial plan, then it would be
