programs (banshee for instance) will now play the file as an mp3 file,
so it seems the JNC plays strange tricks. However sweep and audacity
still don't like it :(

I need to capture usb stick mounting events and run a script that
changes the default save location for Firefox and OO.o to that memory
stick.
Target distro is Ubuntu Breezy if that helps.

continually come back to the website.
No it's not the greatest thing since sliced bread, but it sure as hell

Is there a work around?
Yup, the quickest is convert to gifs and wait until MS can support png. (I
think IE7 is getting there).

fine because we know (or should know) what we're doing.
For orgs that do not have a SLUG super geek at hand, RedHat support
gives them sense that they can a) Have someone they can call for help,
and b) Have someone to blame when it does go wrong.

(emerge whatever)
Just thought I would point out that Ubuntu and I think Debian, have the
nvidia drivers in their multiverse/nonfree repos.
apt-get nvidia-glx works for me

If you need to move large files between machines giga ethernet might be
a better bet.
