If you want to grow, have quarterly installfests.
- Inundated with difficulties in some area - put on a ConfigFest
that includes that.
- And cater for special interests as demanded.
And the big problem is getting people willing to organise.

- needed to use "linear" mode
I usually try them in that order.

It took a long time (about 30secs to power up), but this could be just a
jumper setting. It also ignored the first few attempts to format and
verify it.
I don't want to pass on something that is just going to waste someones
time.
