und keiner kennt sich aus. Wie wäre es, wenn man einfach mal Google

Du hast recht, es liegt am lang-de Plugin. Mit deaktiviertem Plugin
tritt der Fehler nicht auf. Auf die Idee bin ich nicht gekommen, bisher
habe ich mir immer mit einer älteren Version geholfen.
Danke für den Tipp, so muss ich wenigstens nicht auf die neuesten
Features verzichten ;)

Konnte nichts finden.
Die Vortraege wurden nicht aufgezeichnet. Fotos wurden einige gemacht,

Na německy mluvící konferenci FOSSGIS [1] měla OpenStreetMap samostatný
stánek a celou jednu sekci [2]. Hlavní hybatelé byli Frederik Ramm a
Jochen Topf, autoři knihy OpenStreetMap - Die freie Weltkarte nutzen und
mitgestalten [3].
