Is there a tag for welcome signs, such as at the entrances/exits to/from villages on main roads, crossing national, county or district boundaries, or at other places? I'm guessing it's traffic_sign=city_limit even if these aren't always found at the actual boundaries of places. Thanks in advance

Excelente! O WMS da ortofoto de 2012 estava bugado na projeção WGS84 e só ficava consideravelmente pouco desviado em uma projeção SAD69 que a prefeitura usa (muito próximo da ortofoto de 2013). Mas ainda assim tem um offset em relação ao Bing (e os dados do OSM). O desafio é encontrar o offset
