Like RadioClash, I have been reluctant to try the screen off mod. Is
text stll visible on screen when changing tracks? (No I-pad or I-Phone)

clicks. I set buffer to 3700 and now everything seems to work
perfect.

HI all,
Installed the Mod2.0 last night, I have to increase the buffer to 4800
to totally eliminate the pop.
The 2.0 is much more easy to install even though I'm new to linux.
The big step improvement over the 1.0, I hear better bass definition
clearer high.

I have half done the mods but have ran into a problem. I get an error
message which says failed with return code 127. I didn't get this
yesterday when I tried altering the buffer to 3600, that worked and
ttstat works but the error message pops up when I try ttout-d. Ssh is
enabled.

sounds with the buffer at 3600 so have changed it to 4000.

think i have it cracked.changed the buffer to 3600,output to digital

Sounds like you finally got it knocked! Congrats. At 3600 I defintely
had a few Rice Krispies (snap, crackle, pop), so went up to 4000 as some
others have done. I've been listening to music most of the day and
haven't heard anything untoward, so I think 4000 is good for me, now.
