A quick look at the router's specifications tell me that it is a DSL router. Which means you are supposed to replace your current modem with this router. This router does not have ethernet WAN port. The four ports are LAN ports. So you can not put the modem on router's WAN side. On a side note,

Primeiro, use o File-Open do próprio mplayer, e note se por alí ele também demora os 30 segundos. Se continua demorando então é problema com o mplayer e suas configuracoes. Se abrir mais rápido é porque o problema é com o launcher do seu sistema, geralmente o nautilus. Aí fica dificil diagnosticar

O Cd original do Ubuntu está cheio de falhas na acessibilidade, por isso o orca não fala na instalação. Também por este motivo que remasterizei um DVD fazendo todos os ajustes de acessibilidade. No caso específico do Vieira tudo leva a crer que a placa de som não foi detectada, por isso o Orca
