Using Ctrl+A will select all of your WORKSHEET, which isn't what you want to
do. You want to select all of your data, not all of your worksheet. Actually,
as long as your data are contiguous (no column or row gaps within it), all

Another thing you could consider is using a text box. This approach has
some advantages, such as giving you complete control over size and
placement independent of column widths and keeping text which exists as
one logical unit together rather than breaking it accross several cells.

I believe that you want the currency symbol to left-justify in a cell
and the numbers to right-justify. Assuming you don't get a better
solution elsewhere, you could achieve the same effect by using 2
columns, one with the currency symbol and one for the numbers.
