using Apple mail, make sure you check the windows friendly
Attachment box when you select the file to send and, although they
probably do, make sure that your files have a .jpg extension

Normally when I copy and paste an equation into a whole column underneath it
the identifiers of the cells within the equation get incremented. For
example G4-F4 would be pasted underneath as G5-F5 and then G6-F6 and so on.
Is there a way to turn off this auto incrementing feature?

Put a dollar sign before the numbers.
Example, G$5-F$5 will do it.
