I sorted the problem, called apple directly and it turns when I changed my
icloud password, I thought all my info would automatically synchronize but this
was not the case and I had to re add my email address. once done, all is well.

I think you have to have the paid version of Voice Dream Reader to access
Bookshare books.
If you get the paid version, you will go into settings in the Voice Dream app,
double-tap on Bookshare, double-tap on enable and enter your Bookshare login

I purchased some music from the itunes store about a week ago. I plugged in my
phone to add the music to my itunes library and so that I could sync the music
to my iPod touch 4.
