Hi Denise, When you delete voicemail messages, they go into a holding area called Deleted Voicemail. You should find a button for it on the voicemail screen. Maybe you haven't deleted messages from there. If that's the case, open Deleted Voicemail. It includes a Clear All button you

Hi Andy, Try calling your voicemail and deleting them manually. With T-Mobile you call 123 then call. With Verizon I believe it is so star 86. Find out your carrier's code to call in. Mine did this too and the next time someone left a voicemail, they deleted themselves. Have a great day.
