No, what I did was make XAV call this file instead of the AV program
(SAV32CLI.EXE in your case) and then sent myself a virus..
Like this, in xav.ini:
AntivirusPath=c:\xav\avlog.bat

We have a 2mb connection. It is running at around 40-50% capacity. We
have 27k email in the XMail queue. This is running on Windows 2003.
Anyway to get more emails to send at the same time so it will clear the
queue quicker?
I tried to increase the number of SMTP threads to 128 and 256 and it
did
How would it work with the XMail filters? We would still want it to be
virus checked and spam filtered on our Win32 server.

Well obviously I agree it should be in the server as now I have a need
for it. It would keep a few customers very happy and happy customers
leave me alone :)

Hi,
is it possible to setup a POP3 link to an external server but leave
messages on the server? A few of our customers want to do this as some
kind of backup system.
Thanks,
Alex

of XMail.
Thanks,

How? At the moment the script just makes a file in the local mailer
location of XMail. Works perfectly except for the Bcc doesn=92t work.

What is the format for the XMail local mailer to send emails to the BCC
field? I tried 'BCC: [EMAIL PROTECTED]' and 'BCC: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>'
They didn't work. Anyone know what the correct format is to make it
work?
Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Davide. I opened sendmail.cf with pico but couldn't find the
smailhost setting. It is using an old version of sendmail. 8.9 on
RedHat6.

Hi,
does anyone know how I can tell SendMail on a Linux platform to
route all mail to the XMail box? Something like the DefaultSMTPGateway
feature in Xmail is what I thought it might use but I couldn't find
anything out about it.
Thanks,
Alex
