Actually, you need need to propose something to the ARC and have them review that. When you have a revised case, please post it to this mailing list so that it can be reviewed prior to going to the ARC. Doesn't CCD need to do this. Expect in CCD > doesn't seem to do it. That's correct - the CCD packages don't have this as they don't have any stability levels associated with them.
