The ARC clearance can be obtained in parallel to the legal clearance I suppose. Is the draft ARC request that was attached, suitable for ARC submission? If it is fine, is the next stop arc-discuss for submitting the arc OR request-sponsor to get a sponsor who subsequently takes it to the arc regards Shiv
