So remember this number for your sponsor: 7202. That's the
legal review number which was just approved.
You do have to add the gpl2 snippit in the package copyright
file though. copy it from some package like the automake ones
and yes please put it at the top in the same way (I don't
want to end up with everybody doing it their own way, there
is enough of that already :)
