Got an issue with a client. Industrial chemical processing building, built circa 1940's give or take. Building has sprinklers. Sometime possibly in the 60's -70's an access platform was built (20ft by 40ft+/-) and no sprinklers were provided below. Also some vessels were not provided with sprinklers below.
Here's the question to whoever has the oldest edition of NFPA 13, what edition do you have and does it address sprinklers below obstructions? What is the specific wording?
