4.4.11 Decks. Sprinklers shall be installed under decks and galleries which are over 4 ft. wide. slatting of decks, walkways or the use of open gratings as a substitute for such sprinklers is not acceptable. 4-4.13 is the usual about ducts but I can't find anything about "vessels."
