OK, I checked my Squeezebox Classic and wrote down everything. Short answer: it seems to me you should have two DNS servers listed. Neither one should be a local address. I base this answer from looking at my Squeezebox display. Later, I will check out my web interface page to see if that says anything different and report back.
Just to be ridiculously complete: Note there are _three_ menus: *a)* Firmware menu seen when you hold down the left arrow, *b)* normal settings menu seen when you navigate *-mysqueezebox.com-* menu structure with your IR wand, *c)* normal settings menu seen when you navigate *-your local server-* menu structure with your IR wand. Note that it's possible for *b)* and *c)* to be _hidden_ because you can customize menus both for mysqueezebox.com and your local server (-servers- if you have more than one).
