Slim, you are right to be hesitant. Leave that setting at PPoE. What
copperstate and myself are referring to regards DHCP on the *local*
side, not the *WAN* side. Don't mess with the WAN connection.

I could not make my Squeezebox Classic show my router's address as the
value for DNS servers. It -does- show my router address as the gateway
value regardless of how the DNS is configured.

If I erase the -OpenDNS- IP values from my router's DNS setup page, my
router obtains its DNS server addresses from SW Bell/AT&T. The router
then hands out these DNS values to the Squeezebox when the Squeezebox
obtains its IP from the router (via DHCP).

Currently, I setup my router to use SW Bell's DNS (by leaving the data
fields blank). When I check my Squeezebox's firmware's Current Settings
menu it shows 68.94.156.1 and 68.94.157.1 as the DNS values.

Thanks for posting your menu settings. Interesting that you have only
20 but I have 21 items.
