Thanks copperstate, The router page specifically states that "Bell Sympatico users should always select PPPoE" although "Direct IP (DHCP orStatic) is an option in the drop down menu. I am hesitant to change that. The OPen DNS addresses are definitely not the one listed on Firmware menu.
