I suppose that TB needs more and more memory/resources. ;-) I have 192 RAM and 466 CPU, in a, globally, very fast (for that RAM and CPU) and stable system (Win98SE microlite professional) + using Cacheman, in "advanced" mode, so that I almost always have some 100 MB RAM free. These 3-4 and 30+ seconds are wide range. 10 times more/less is something. I know some people who stopped at 1.6x versions because TB became to hungry for them. And, if I am not wrong, this 2.12 is a bit faster then previous, 2.11.xx, version, and is taking about 3 MB RAM less (about 7 MB now) at start. - -- Mica PGP key uploaded at: <http://pgp.mit.edu/> once just before breakfast -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iD8DBQFA98VZ9q62QPd3XuIRAt2oAJ9EP9olRNvU1v/viT0gr4jibl7BUwCdF2hd NskeI/wQr5UqAEQ5om4PvBQ= =ohXT -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.12.00 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
