If you want to translate online on Pootle, your best bet would be to look into the way it supports terminology: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/pootle/terminology_matching For the best translation memory, I can recommend Virtaal, which supports terminology, translation memory and other features: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/virtaal/index You will be able to import any .po files from Mozilla into Virtaal's translation memory for reuse. If you use the very latest virtaal 0.7 (currently in beta), it can even use online translation memories which should require even less configuration. I hope that gives you a few options.
