Ah, so you did not read the links I posted in on of my earlier emails!

This is explained there. In fact, if you go to Zotero's website and look
for supporting documentation, most of your questions will be answered
within a few minutes.

What is your default bibliography style? Also, I am not sure about how
Zotero handles it, but I suspect the capitalization depends on the style
that you are using (you can specify the default in the Preferences).
But, again, your best recourse for a speedy answer is Zotero's forum (on
their Support link).
