No, I said "No tests were done by this observer" (actually observers) meaning they did not bring their own instruments and conduct their own tests. That is the next step. This was preparation for that. I do not know what tests or procedures they witnessed. I hope to learn more. However, I told them I do not wish to hear anything that Defkalion wants to keep confidential, so there were gaps in the conversation. - Jed
