More exactly, containing an explicit claim along the lines of 'This is not an exercise. I really mean what it says, and I send it digitally signed according to the law xxxx/200x, which I know to be valid under the jurisdiction of ... and ....'. Because if it does not contain such a statement I don't think it will hold water.

PS: I am not a lawyer, and VERY glad about that.
