I created a NEW SYS:Notification Messages for when the Status goes into Pending for Incident and it works great!
However, I noticed it is slow going out. When I create a NEW Incident I get the notification within seconds, but my Pending Notification takes a few minutes. My email configuration is setup to 1 minute interval. Any idea why my own custom Notification would take longer to go out?
