To clarify, Michael, are you saying that some people say one thing to the English-speaking media and another thing to Arab outlets? Or are you really saying that most (which is what I think of with the words standard practice) Muslims who preach tolerance and peace in the US are advocating for the opposite when they talk to Arab media?
