John, I couldn't agree with you more. In fact, I don't think you have gone far enough. I would tar & feather all posters who fail to remain ON TOPIC!! Especially, those posts beginning with "I have a customer.....!" BTW, I am a CCGP (Cisco Certified Grand Parent) in child rearing and will be happy to provide you with all the advise you need.
