Same here. I've been waiting for this to kind of die down because of the 
heated debates but really I own a computer store and even work with many 
older systems/cdroms. The only time I've had problems is when the cd's were 
burnt at to high a speed. IN this case they simply don't boot at all (failing 
at different stages and mostly random problems) or they throw up multiple 
error's during package install. These can all be tracked down to burning at 
to high a speed. Or well sometimes I've tracked it down to not checking the 
md5 sum first. It's not worth it to burn a cd that does not pass md5 sums.

I wish I could post numbers on the number of systems I've had to work with and 
cdrom's etc but really it's to many to count and it's not worth my time 
anymore.
