I don't have a problem with anything anyone wants to do here, but I don't think we've had the opportunity to see anything yet. The only 1.3.x release anyone has actually tried to make so far was all seven together, so it was no different that the type of release we did for 1.1 and 1.2 -- and it took forever. Not because there were subproject releases, but because for the initial 1.3.0 builds, everything in all seven had to be "just right" before anything was tagged. Same old, same old. Case in point: All but 1 subproject was ready to go in November, but we held the other 6 subprojects for three months waiting for a dependency to mature that affected only one of the subprojects.
