I usually start with a big whiteboard and marker to sketch the flow and wireframes. Whiteboard is relatively easier to erase and alter the wireframes, compared to paper & eraser combo. Afterwards, I capture them in paper (pencil sketch) or take a photo with my mobile phone to archive them.
