Yeah, we're running their commercial solution (server) here at work on a big Sun Blade server with a whole bunch of Blade clients, and have noticed quite a few times in the past that their support department has been somewhat less than useful. They seem to like to get into finger pointing arguments with the Solaris guys blaming it on the OS, while the OS guys point the finger right back and blame it on the VMWare guys. Quite frustrating at times. Had you tried the open source desktop version before you went with the commercial version?
