I don't think he should apologize and I am the other nanny on this list. I just got home to this deluge of garbage in my inbox. What utter cr*p. Offlist unsolicited threatening, vulgar or insulting e-mail is neither allowed nor encouraged. If you are having a long running heated argument with someone that is one thing, but to send someone something out of the blue telling them to "shove it" offlist is uncalled for and not at all necessary on our lists. Be pleasant or leave. I personally don't ban people for offensive offlist e-mail, but I warn them and watch their behavior in the future. And regardless, openly attacking a nanny *is* grounds for being banned. If you don't like the way things are run here then go ahead an leave. Things have been rather smooth in the 3 or so years that I have been here. This list lately is going down the toilet specifically because of threads like this one. THIS THREAD IS DEAD.
