This is correct, except that it is royalties, not Christians
loyalties to KODA that the German variant of KODA may require 
from Werner ;-).

But I am also not 100% sure whether this includes MIDI-files,
but I think it do. At least if the MIDI-files can be played
via a browser on-line.

But you got the point very clear, and I will repeat - in 
Denmark this is a new situation, which may be implemented in 
the rest of EU, if things move that way, without protests.
