I truly believe their is more than one culprit.  That is why it makes
it so hard
to pin down because of all of it's different sources. I have to say
AGAIN, I think
John Dawes is on to something with his recording vibrations.  I think
that method
will open a flood gate of explanations.  But that is just my
laypersons opinion
